Step 1: Complete applicable forms.

Step 2: Upload your permit application and materials.

  • All files must be named as Street Number, Street Name and Document Type. For example, 128MainStApplication, 128MainStSitePlan, etc.
  • Zipped files are preferred.

  • Irrigation (not reclaimed)

Step 3: You will receive an email confirmation when your permit is approved.

Looking for a past permit? 

Use the Online Permit Tracker to search for a permit. Just type in the address and click search to view information for permits processed in our current software (September 2009 to present). 

  • If you would like to request documents from a permit that is in our current software, click here to complete a public records request
  • Even if the request is older than 2009, go ahead and fill out the request; sometimes we have access to older documents. If documents are available, we will do our best to supply requested documents within a few days.
