Master Sign Plans

Master Sign Plans are associated with several projects development under the regulations of the 2002 – 2022 Unified Development Ordinance (UDO).  A Master Sign Plan is specific to a development and includes information about sign locations, type, materials, size and number, style and color, illumination, and landscaping.  Master Sign Plans were prepared by the developer of the project to ensure long term aesthetic compatibility of signage throughout the development.
