  • The kitchen is available to add to your rental, as needed.
  • Table linens and catering supplies i.e., flatware, plates, serving equipment, and accessories are not available for rent.
  • TVs can be added to your rental, based on availability, at no extra cost. HDMI cabling is provided. TV must be requested at the time of rental. Not sure if your technology will connect? Stop by before your rental and we can test.

Hourly Rental Rates

Holly A & B: $70 residents/$105 non-residents

Minimum rental is 2 hours. Rental time must include decorating and clean up time. Must include afterhours, starting at Cultural Center closing time (See facility hours under contact information).

Holly A / Holly B / Carolina Room: $35 residents/$53 non-residents

Security Deposit: $100

Additional Rental Fees:

  • Tables/Chairs Set Up Fee: $25 residents/$38 non-residents
  • After Hours Staffing Fee (per hour rate): $45 residents/$68 non-residents
  • Exceeded Booking Time: $70 residents/$105 non-residents
