New Residents

Holly Springs AerialFROM THE MAYOR

To Our New Neighbor,

On behalf of our community: Welcome to Holly Springs!

We hope you are already enjoying our inviting atmosphere, expansive greenways and parks, and charming local shops and restaurants. Holly Springs is consistently recognized for its exceptional quality of life and its standing as one of North Carolina’s safest towns--our two most important achievements.

We invite you to experience Downtown Holly Springs vitality, where historic architecture blends seamlessly with new developments featuring retail establishments, professional services, and diverse dining options. Enjoy a performance or event at the nearby Holly Springs Cultural Center. Select from high-quality, farm-fresh produce and artisanal foods at the Holly Springs Farmers Market, open on Saturdays year-round along W. Ballentine Street.

Sports enthusiasts will appreciate the North Main Athletic Complex, which features a nearly 2,000-seat stadium. The park serves as the home of the Holly Springs Salamanders and hosts collegiate soccer matches organized by Wake Futbol Club.

Holly Springs is also well known for hosting family-friendly festivals and events throughout the year. These special occasions include our popular Independence Day celebration on July 5th and annual HollyFest, held every fall. Both events are held at Sugg Farm Park. From the Spring Fling with its family egg hunt to the traditional Happy Holly Days Parade, the year is marked by numerous opportunities for our community to come together.

Robust parks and recreation programming designed for all ages and abilities, outstanding public schools, a thriving downtown core, and so much more: Holly Springs’ community offerings are abundant. You will find Holly Springs to be an inclusive, warm, and welcoming place.

Thank you for choosing our community. We look forward to meeting you!

With Respect,

Mayor Mike Kondratick
