Holly Springs Road Widening - West (NC 55 to Main Street)

Project Overview 

Widening one of the most heavily traveled thoroughfares in Town from the N.C. 55 Bypass to Main Street. The project includes the addition of bike lanes and sidewalks. This project was included among the 2018 Transportation Bond projects that would require a funding partner due to the cost of this large-scale project.

Status:

The Town has received Federal grant funds for the project design, which is anticipated to begin in 2026.
