Avent Ferry & Holly Meadow Signal
Installing traffic signals and signalized pedestrian crosswalks at the intersection of Avent Ferry and Holly Meadow roads closest to Cass Holt Road. This project will improve both pedestrian and vehicular safety and flow at one of the entrances to the Holly Glen neighborhood near local elementary, middle and high schools.

Main Street Sidewalk Connection - Arbor Creek Drive to Trellis Pointe
Adding 1,125 linear feet of sidewalk along Main Street, connecting the Arbor Creek neighborhood sidewalks with the sidewalk along Main Street at Trellis Pointe apartments, near Ting Park. Once completed, the 5-foot-wide sidewalk will extend from Arbor Creek, past Ting Park, through downtown Holly Springs, where existing sidewalks connect with other parks, greenways, and businesses.

Middle Creek Greenway
Extending the Utley Creek Greenway west from Morgan Park to connect with the Holly Glen neighborhood and north to the future Town of Holly Springs Operations Campus.

NCDOT Complete 540
Connecting 540 from NC 55 to US 64 / US 264 in Knightdale, completing the 540 Outer Loop around the greater Raleigh area.

Street Resurfacing & Preservation 2023
Roughly 2.7 miles of asphalt along 19 streets in Holly Springs to be resurfaced starting this summer. Other selected streets will receive pavement preservation treatment.

Utley Creek Greenway
Connecting west and east Holly Springs, from West Ballentine Street near the Oaks of Avent Acres club house, along an existing greenway, through an existing pedestrian tunnel under NC 55, to the Morgan Park greenway.
