Local Incentives
The Town of Holly Springs and Wake County have the ability to offer incentives to companies that create both well-paying new jobs and make a substantial capital investment in the community. The incentives are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and when appropriate are based on a percentage of new taxable investment.
Downtown
Downtown Development Investment Grants are available to stimulate development in downtown Holly Springs. A policy provides the framework for possible assistance by the Town with infrastructure costs and development fee reductions for projects, which are considered on a case-by-case basis.
