National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Phase II Stormwater Permit

The Town of Holly Springs National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Phase II Stormwater Permit was issued November 7, 2005 by the North Carolina Division of Water Quality. The Town’s stormwater programs are designed to meet the Town’s permit requirements and the six minimum measures outlined in the federally mandated NPDES Phase II Stormwater Program.
