Snow Removal
During snow removal, please remember that Town Public Works crews follow a strategic clearing priority:
- Primary Roads: Major hills, bridges, and high-traffic thoroughfares are treated first to ensure emergency vehicles can navigate the Town.
- Neighborhood Streets: Once primary routes are stabilized and passable, crews will begin clearing residential areas.
Residents are encouraged to park in driveways or garages if possible to keep streets clear and allow for more efficient snow removal and emergency response access. Learn more about how the Town addresses snow removal.
Safety First on the Road
As a reminder, secondary roadways may freeze overnight. Please exercise caution if you must to drive.
The Town will share updates on known road hazards via this online map.
